Why does my voice broadcast come from 561-401-0487 instead of my caller id?

It's impossible to send a phone call to the same number.

For example, if your caller ID is 561-555-9999 and the phone receiving the call is 561-555-9999 then it will fail. Therefore if the caller ID and the receiving phone number is the same we send it from our line at 561-401-0487 for you to receive the call.

The ONLY person that will receive this message is the person who has the same caller ID which in many cases is "you."
