My Broadcasts are not being sent! What's going on?

After you create your Broadcast message, it will be in the "inactive" state, meaning that it is not yet "activated" to be sent out.

In order to activate your Broadcast to be sent on the scheduled time or to be sent immediately, click the green SEND NOW button to activate it.

Activating Your Broadcast

Send Immediately

To send your Broadcast immediately, simply click the green SEND NOW button, then the "YES" button to activate and send your message right away.

Queue Your Message To Send Later


When you schedule a Broadcast, you must still click the CLICK TO ACTIVATE button, in order to activate the message to be sent. Once your message is activated, it will be scheduled for delivery at the time you scheduled it to be sent.
