SMS Text Messages
For SMS messages, 1 credit = 1 SMS, per contact. (ie: 100 contacts x 1 SMS messages = 100 credits). Outbound SMS is 1 credit. Inbound SMS is 1/2 credit.
Voice Broadcasts (Phone Calls)
Voice broadcasts are billed in 60-second increments and cost 1 credit per 60-second message.
We recommend keeping your audio message between 45-50 seconds to stay below the threshold to only be 1 credit per call.
Ringless Voicemails
Ringless voicemails are 2 credits per contact. For example, if you send 1 RVM to 100 contacts, it will cost 200 credits.
NOTE: You are only charged for SUCCESSFUL voicemail drops.
