When your credit card fails and you have a subscription, we will do the following:
- Send you an email notification about the failure
- Attempt to charge your credit card on file 4 times within 7 days
- On the 4th failed attempt we will suspend your subscription and remove any keywords
To update your credit card, login to your account, head to the "Account > Credit Card" page and update your credit card you have on file with a valid and working credit card.
Within the 7 days, you can update your credit card at any time and we will use this new card on the other attempts for your subscriptions.
