When your credit card fails we will do the following:
- Send you an email about the failure
- Attempt to charge your card 4 times over 7 days
- After the 4th failed attempt we will release your keyword
To update your credit card, login to your account, head to the "Account > Credit Card" page and update your credit card you have on file with a valid and working credit card.
Within the 7 days, you can update your credit card at any time and we will use this new card on the other attempts for your subscriptions.
If your keyword has been released, you will have to acquire your keyword again and start a new subscription.
