Why Was My Call Loop Account Suspended?

There are a few reasons why your Call Loop account may have been suspended:

1) Your Trial Has Lapsed

If you don't add credits or subscribe to a monthly plan before the 14-day trial is over, your account will be suspended. If you have purchased a Keyword, you will still need to add message credits to your account, to stop it from being suspended.

If your trial has lapsed, but you would like an extension, please contact support.


2) International Account

If you are detected to be an International customer, your account will also be suspended. Call Loop is currently only available in the United States and Canada.

If you feel your account has been suspended in error, please contact support.
