Why Was My Account Suspended?

There are a few reasons why your account may have been suspended:

1) Your Trial Has Lapsed

If you don't add credits or subscribe to a monthly plan before the 14 day trial is over, you're account will be suspended. If you purchased a Keyword, you still need to add credits to your account to stop it from being suspended.

If your trial has lapsed but you would like an extension, please contact support.

 

2) International Account

If you are detected to be an international customer, your account will also be suspended.  Right now Call Loop is only available in the USA with voice broadcasts available in Canada.

If you feel this happened in error, please contact support.
